enFrother Bubble Drops for cocktails and molecular cuisine. It is made from natural raw materials – the Quillaja tree, which grows in Chile. It is registered in the Food Code as a food additive E999. Fast and stable results with almost any cocktail composition. Economic consumption: only 2 drops per cocktail (120 – 150 ml.) The main task of Bubble Drops is to replace egg white in cocktails, thereby simplifying and speeding up the preparation process. Method of preparation: 1. Shake the cocktail in a shaker with ice. 2. Remove ice and add 2-3 drops of Babble Drops. 3. Shake the cocktail using the “dry shake” method. 4. Strain the cocktail into a glass. One bottle of foaming agent is enough for more than 500 cocktails. Suitable for cold and hot drinks, as well as for making foam in the siphon.
